Our company was built on the belief that towing should be honest, fair, and reliable—without the inflated prices or misleading promises that have become too common in this industry. After spending over a decade working for another tow company, our founder saw firsthand how customers were overcharged, misled about wait times, and treated like transactions instead of people.

 

 

That experience is what led him to start his own company—one that would do things differently. From day one, we’ve been committed to treating customers with respect and transparency. That starts with fair pricing, realistic wait times, and no surprise fees. We believe that when someone is stranded on the side of the road, they deserve help—not another headache.

This is a family-run business, and we mean that in every sense of the word. The first person hired was a cousin with 10 years of towing experience. The office is run by our founder’s sister. His brother-in-law turns wrenches and runs calls. Even dispatch was once handled by his wife. We’ve built this company from the ground up with people we trust, and that trust carries over to how we treat every customer.

We’re not interested in being the biggest tow company in town—just the most dependable.
